Erik Larson (b.1954) is an American journalist and author. He has been a feature writer for The Wall Street Journal and Time and has written numerous books on topics as varied as hurricanes, the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair and Nazi Germany. The Devil in the White City (2003) won an Edgar Award in the Best Fact Crime category.
